ABOUT USWith humble beginnings in1991, Designer Foods  is the dream of Dick Van Gelderen, a well respected research and development food scientist. Dick’s history is some 40 years of designing confectionery and is still actively involved in the business as a technical consultant. The business was sold to Stewart Baldwin in 2005 allowing Dick to semi retire and persue some personal hobbies. Prior to purchasing Designer Foods, Stewart has been involved in restaurant and hospitality, food retailing, wholesaling, marketing and distribution.   |
